Tomorrow is on the lookout for an experienced Midweight Designer to join a strategic design consultancy that specialises in creating immersive brand experiences across retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors. By combining insight-driven strategy with bold creative execution, they help businesses connect with customers in meaningful ways-transforming spaces, shaping behaviours, and driving commercial success. Their work often bridges physical and digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive and impactful brand journeys.

Your Role

We’re looking for a collaborative and ideas-driven designer who’s confident sharing creative thinking both internally and with clients. You’ll be adaptable and passionate about how customer journeys, design, and brand storytelling intersect. As a key member of the project team, you’ll contribute to shaping standout concepts from pitch through to final delivery. You should be proactive, reliable, and excited by the challenge of bringing brands to life across both 2D and 3D environments. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential, with the ability to question and refine our creative direction thoughtfully. Above all, you’ll deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in brand creation and applying brands to physical spaces
• A good understanding of how to build presentations that tell a story around you work
• Ability to inspire others with design and present concepts concisely – to our own team and to clients
• A base level understanding of how strategy influences design
• strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to challenge the creative approach
• Confidence to adapt and challenge briefs and concepts to make them stronger
