We’re working with a standout branding and design agency that’s earned a reputation for pushing creative boundaries and delivering beautifully crafted work for some of the world’s most progressive brands. They’re now looking for a Senior Resource Manager to join the team on a maternity cover contract.
This is a key role at the heart of the studio — keeping the right people in the right place, making sure teams are supported, and projects are set up to succeed. You’ll be the go-to for resourcing & recruitment, balancing long-term planning with the fast pace of day-to-day delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing all aspects of resourcing across the studio, from day-to-day allocations to longer-term planning
Partnering with project leads to shape well-balanced teams that are set up to deliver great work
Managing the freelance pool, from sourcing and booking to making sure newcomers hit the ground running
Leading recruitment for freelance and perm roles, working closely with department heads to spot and fill gaps
Keeping an eye on the horizon — anticipating pinch points and helping to avoid bottlenecks before they land
Playing a part in shaping the future team by identifying evolving needs and feeding into talent planning
What you’ll bring to the table:
Exceptional experience in a resource or studio management role within a fast-paced creative environment
A solid understanding of the creative process, and confidence juggling multiple teams and timelines
A knack for spotting great talent — and the know-how to manage freelance and perm recruitment from start to finish
Calm energy, strong organisation, and a naturally collaborative approach
