Studio Manager – International Branding Agency

We’re partnering with a leading international design agency, to find them a top Studio Manager to join the team. This role demands a proactive, creative problem solver…someone who can rally the troops in the studio, manage complex diaries and international logistics, through to being the gatekeeper of the studio.

In this hybrid position, you’ll combine traditional studio management with EA duties and aspects of operations, partnering with a talented Resource Manager and feeding into the Client Services team.

• Supporting the agency founders who are based overseas, you’ll be confident in organising ever-changing diaries and schedules, able to be one step ahead and avoid any potential clashes
• You’ll manage the day to day upkeep of the studio space itself, from planning the weekly team breakfast, to approving requested holiday time, to stocking the office basics!
• Keep track of office spend/ budgets/ allocation
• Support with finance and payroll
• Monitor the upkeep of the agency platforms and implement new systems when necessary
• Muck in with special projects as and when needed!
• Plan team events – anything from the annual Christmas party to industry talks
• Working alongside a Resource Manager to ensure the smooth onboarding of any talent
• BONUS! Any interest or experience within marketing would be advantageous – you’ll get to flex your creative muscle by supporting the founders with international growth, suggesting key industry events and award submissions

This role is perfect for someone who is a true peoples person; you’ll need fine attention to detail, organisation and communication skills to really embed yourself as the gatekeeper of the agency.
